Move4Life Classes at the Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre:

Gym Program – Resistance, cardiovascular, balance and functional training for people with or at risk of developing type 2 diabetes and other chronic conditions. This program is individualised to suit your needs.

Mondays & Wednesdays 1pm - 2pm

Back on Track – A rehabilitation session for those with chronic disease or functional movement issues, to get you moving in the right direction

Tuesdays and Fridays -

GOLD – Growing Older, Living Dangerously! Light exercise with seated or standing options

GSAC Classes: Tuesdays and Thursdays -

Gateway Class: Fridays 10:30am - 11:30am

HYDROTHERAPY- exercise in the pool for those with mobility issues, or requiring supported exercise options

DUNOON Classes:

HEALTHY HALLS - A group circuit based program for the community, where you can work at your individual level under the supervision of a qualified exercise physiologist

Mondays 8am - 10am

Wednesdays 8:30am - 10am

OUTDOOR CIRCUIT - an outdoor group for the earlybirds

Mondays and Fridays 6am - 6:30am

STRONG WOMEN - Resistance exercise for the ladies

Thursdays 5:30pm - 6pm
